These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Farmgate Nigeria platform (“Farmgate Nigeria,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Farmgate Nigeria provides a digital marketplace that connects farmers, sellers, buyers, and other stakeholders in the agricultural value chain. Our goal is to support fast, secure, and transparent sales of agricultural produce, while promoting affordability for end consumers.

2. Fast-Track Sales Service

To enable Farmgate Nigeria to facilitate the fast-tracking of sales for your farm produce: You are required to make a minimum service payment of ₦10,000 to the designated Farmgate Nigeria administrative account. Upon successful payment, we will take steps to promote and support the quick sale of your agricultural produce. Sellers are required to attach realistic and market-appropriate prices to their produce, as part of our commitment to ensuring affordability for final consumers.

3. Official Communication

For your safety and to prevent fraud:

Farmgate Nigeria staff will never contact you using undocumented or unofficial phone numbers.
We will never request that you send your produce to any location without giving you access to, or verification of, our physical address or authorized agents.
Always verify communication from our team through our official customer care channels

4. Buyer and Seller Verification

To protect both buyers and sellers from scams and fraudulent activities:

Farmgate Nigeria agents act as trusted intermediaries between parties during transactions involving agricultural commodities. If you are uncertain about any seller, buyer, or transaction, you may contact our admin team: admin or Koye for verification and guidance. We encourage all users to use our verification services before making payments or releasing produce.

5. Payment and Delivery Policy

Farmgate Nigeria operates with a strong focus on transparency and customer protection. We are committed to promoting payment upon delivery as a preferred method for transactions carried out through our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Farmgate Nigeria is not liable for losses resulting from:

Users conducting transactions outside our verified processes
Failure to follow our safety guidelines
Misrepresentation of produce quality or quantity by sellers
Users are responsible for exercising due diligence and using our verification services where necessary.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Farmgate Nigeria, using our services, or making payment for any of our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
